On September 10, 2014 I went to my primary care physician and then the cardiologist and they both wanted to put me on more medications. I said no thank as I believe it is better to mediate than to medicate. As I meditated on what I needed to do to create a royal flush in my life the answer came make a commitment to eat healthy and don’t make any excuses. It was at that moment that I committed to eating healthy and this time not to self-sabotage myself and let the blockages and the negative self talk win. A great example of that is today while at Starbucks writing this entry I was able to commit to not having iced team and any of the sweets that tempt me instead I decided to have water and yogurt and then when I desired a snack I bought another bottle of water and a bag of almonds and a healthy nutrition bar. As I seek that royal flush in life I know that I have to make positive changes. I am also beginning to exercise more. I have found that when I have a little structure in my life I am able to achieve that royal flush that I am seeking. I have learned that when I am connected to source and follow the plan that GOD has for me I thrive. I have learned that if we are truly to achieve a royal flush in life we must let go and let GOD.

Spiritual Awakening: Tools To Deal A Royal Flush In Life!!!

Bible Verses such as these serve us very well as tools to continue to find the royal flush in life.

Cleanse your body so that you will begin to look good, do good, and feel good.
