I stated you know it is upsetting that you couldn&#8217;t spare a dollar to help me honor my mother&#8217;s memory through my participation in Relay for Life. At that point a young man came\u00a0to the counter very agitated yelling that that man gives more to charity than anyone else and you are offending me. I stated sorry\u00a0wished him\u00a0Namaste and left all the while thinking if you have to brag about your giving\u00a0you are giving for the wrong reason then I\u00a0remembered Jackie DeShanon&#8217;s song What The World Needs Now and started to sing that song and\u00a0decided my next blog entry would be about healing the world with\u00a0love.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/__VQX2Xn7tI\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"300\" height=\"315\"><\/iframe>\u00a0So let&#8217;s begin and get ourselves in a frame of mind to show love and be an expression of love in all that we do. Finding the place where there is room to grow is a very importantt aspect of our path to heal the world with love.\u00a0 The growth starts within when your realize that you are a divine creation of GOD and\u00a0you\u00a0begin to recognize that and see that in others.\u00a0 Love is something we are all capable of giving all it takes is a desire to smile and be loving in all situations.\u00a0 At times this may be challenging as those you interact with may not understand the philosophy of being\u00a0loving and caring in all you do or they may not be\u00a0as passionate as you are in your various missions. I have often stated that when we realize the difference as to the way things should be and the way things are we can work toward the ways they should be.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.goodlightscraps.com\/content\/love-quotes\/love-quotes-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0As I think of the idea of healing the world with love I am reminded that those who have led with their hearts are the ones who have left their indellible mark on our plannet. The key to finding love is to firt love yourself so when you wake up each day build yourself up and find things that you love about yourself, through out the day remind\u00a0yourself of those things, and at night before you rest be grateful for those things.<\/p>\n<h2>Spiritual Awakening: Tools To Heal The World With Love<\/h2>\n<p>I have often found messages in music and when I found the following video of 20 love songs I was compelled to shre it with you. <iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1tePoSV7xaM\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"300\" height=\"315\"><\/iframe> What songs put you in the frame of mind to be loving in all you do?<\/p>\n<p>I have found following the teachings of Leo Buscaglia, Mother Teresa, Gandhi, and others have allowed me to love myself so I can love others.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ts2.mm.bing.net\/th?id=I.5017716534084105&amp;pid=1.7&amp;w=139&amp;h=143&amp;c=7&amp;rs=1\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0 <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ts2.mm.bing.net\/th?id=I.4801537967327009&amp;pid=1.7&amp;w=200&amp;h=133&amp;c=7&amp;rs=1\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0 <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ts3.mm.bing.net\/th?id=I.4835446713942150&amp;pid=1.7\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ts4.mm.bing.net\/th?id=H.4506916129539119&amp;pid=1.7&amp;w=158&amp;h=152&amp;c=7&amp;rs=1\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Books often help to provide ways to heal the world with love<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ts2.mm.bing.net\/th?id=I.4883631954593513&amp;pid=1.7&amp;w=95&amp;h=146&amp;c=7&amp;rs=1\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0 <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ts2.mm.bing.net\/th?id=H.4743431363561021&amp;pid=1.7&amp;w=139&amp;h=143&amp;c=7&amp;rs=1\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ts2.mm.bing.net\/th?id=I.4527196942828437&amp;pid=1.7&amp;w=233&amp;h=151&amp;c=7&amp;rs=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"177\" height=\"151\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ts1.mm.bing.net\/th?id=I.4673917323445560&amp;pid=1.7&amp;w=100&amp;h=151&amp;c=7&amp;rs=1\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ts2.mm.bing.net\/th?id=I.4659554960737621&amp;pid=1.7&amp;w=157&amp;h=151&amp;c=7&amp;rs=1\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.berdusco.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/barbaras-book.bmp\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The idea of writing yourself a love letter is a great tool to help get you on your path to healing the world with love,\u00a0 and writing a gratitude journal will also help. By approaching what you do with love you will find that you begin to heal yourself and as you heal yourself you begin to heal the world.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ts3.mm.bing.net\/th?id=I.4686879538152946&amp;pid=1.7&amp;w=205&amp;h=134&amp;c=7&amp;rs=1\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0As you begin to love yourself and spread your love remember to be loving and caring in all you do and to express yourself with kindness.<\/p>\n<p>I chose to close with this song as it is as poignant today as it was when it was first released in 1985.
