As you create an attitude of gratitude you can create a world that serves you better. The best gift you cna give yourself this holiday season is the gift of self awareness and awakening.\u00a0 Giving yourself the gift of love allows you to take out the trash and end attachments to people or things that no longer serve you. It is somethimes the hardest thing to realize that some people in your life no longer serve you in your quest for personal and professional growth. Many times it is a family member or someone who came into your life as a result of a decission that someone else made and you had no control over the situation at the time. As you got older and wiser and the person who made the decission passed you begin to realize that the only power this person has over you is the power you allow them to have. When you choose to take out the trash and interact on your own terms things improve.<!--more--><!--more--><\/p>\n<h1>Spiritual Awakening: Tools For Taking Out The Trash<\/h1>\n<p>I have found that reading books and applying what is talked about in the books\u00a0is a big tool in taking out the trash. Many are available through Hay House and can be purchased by clicking on The Hay House Link to the right.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ts2.mm.bing.net\/th?id=I.4985448467336117&amp;pid=1.7&amp;w=171&amp;h=153&amp;c=7&amp;rs=1\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0I often suggest that you visit a store like Modern Zen in Davie or The Expedito Enlightenement center in West Palm Beach and purchase a burning bowl, have it blessed and then use it to release the trash in your life. Find an anthem to keep you centered and grounded as you awakening and find your strength to\u00a0 carry on an move in a positive direction of your dreams.\u00a0 It is when you remove the trash and follow your calling that you will find\u00a0fulfillment.
