Spiritual Awakening: Discovering

 

The other day I discovered a new spiritual publication, Horizons Magazine while I was visiting Rev. Reckel Ferguson at Modern Zen in Davie Florida. The trip to Modern Zen was very enlightening as it always is as I was able to get centered and balanced and discover some new stones and essential oils to use on my spiritual path. The discovering part was incredible as I began to attract all types of support for The Spiritual Entrepreneurs Visionary Awards, which will be held on 3/24 at Unity Church in Pompano Beach from 9 AM – 4 PM with speakers Dr. Mia Merritt, Sarah Spiritual, Rev. Dr. Dee Adio Moses, Ernest Chu, and Ken Esrig. I discovered these speakers while I was doing a search on google and through Facebook. I asked the universe to help me find 5 speakers who are known and respected in the field and the universe conspired to help me to discover these 5 speakers. As the week continued I began to discover more and more people who are coming from a spiritual perspective and are open to receive. I am always amazed when I discover new things like Horizons Magazine and make new acquaintances with positive people.

Spiritual Awakening: Exploring 

 The path of spiritual wakening is one to be embraced and explored. It is not a some day exploration it is an everyday exploration. Turning inside to see who you truly are and finding your authentic self is a step to find your purpose or calling in this life. There are so many people available to help you with your exploration and so many great teachers available, the key is to find those that resonate with you. As you explore look for the signals that are being sent to you.  About 2 months ago Iwas giving a signal to brand myself as JDOGG The Spiritual Emcee Maximizing Your Message, at first I was hesitant listening to the negative inner voice and other negatives and then after attending one of Robin Korth’s seminars and seeing Bert Olivia I went for it and today this logo is used in all that I do.

As you explore what your purpose or calling is remember to go inside and bring what you find to the outside.

Spiritual Awakening: Taking Action

Perhaps the most important step in the awakening process is taking action.  I believe that Passion + Action = Success. I have scene the results on numerous occassions. Being aware of the message, discovering the meaning and then taking action will lead to amzing results. A few months ago I was driving by a local park and I pulled in to see a a youth football game being played. I went to the press box and offered to announce and was told to speak to the V.P. of the league who was downstairs.I did just that and was told I could stay and announce the remaining games. At the end of the day I was asked to come do the homecoming games. One of the teams made the playoffs and I was asked to do that game. The league liked me so  much they nomiated for The S.A.K.E. Volunteer of the Year Award, I find out on 2/16 if I am the winner at a special awards ceremony.  I have done this on several occassions and it has led to great things like talking to a women at Starbuck who needed an announcer for a tri-athalon, I did a small sample for her and last week was booked to be the announcer. It is when you begin to take action that great things begin to happen.
