Spiritual Awakening: What is Your Vision
One of the first things we must answer in becoming self aware is what is my vision? On 3/30/12 I was fortunate enough to attend The Vision Quest 2012 Conference hosted by Allow Your Vision To Soar. As I listened to Kimberly West speak and tell her story and share this wonderful insight ” Every dark experience you have encountered in your life only means one thing! There is something so much brighter just waiting for you to see,”I began to realize all the pent up supressed activities of the past were not serving me and through out the day I began to release them and let go. I steeped out of my comfort zone a bit and participate did a breakthrough facilitated by Dr. Melissa Anderson, The Quantum Catalyst, who placed a arrow to my neck and had me walk forward through my fear and I shattered the arrow. I kept the arrow and have plans to make an art piece out of it with a message about overcoming fears. I began to write down notes and defined one of my visions and that is to positively touch and impact lives of those affected by cancer. As I delved into this vision I realized that I am doing this daily through my work with Relay for Life and sharing 1-800=acs-2345 with people. As the day unfolded I realized that we all have a vsion and sometimes it takes some work to realize that vision. There were many highlights that helped me to set my vision in motion.On of which was watching and hearing Amy Barbera Sing.

Spiritual Awakening: Bringing Your Vision To Life
As I listened and made the conscience decision to applaud and celebrate everyone I came in contact with I began to find ways to bring a vision to life.
1: Be loving to yourself, be proud of who you are as you are special
2: Let go of the fear of going deep inside and getting rid of the garbage that is holding you back.
3: Seek guidance from SOURCE and listen to the voice of positivity
4: Find a quiet plac eand just be
5: Read and implement the lessons that you receive from your reading
6: Attend events with like minded people who will encourage you and support you.
7: Be Open to receive.
Spiritual Awakening: Resources to Bring Your Vision To Life
At Vision Quest 2012 There were many great resources and many inspirational people who all had amazing visions and were truly devoted to helping other people excel. Booke Peterson taught how to connect with your inner child when she explained that there is a time to just say Let’s GO it resonated and made me realize that sometime’s you just have to follow your vision as you did when you were a child. As she spoke of STUFF, Some Unresolved Fears and Fellings, and had us hold up our hand and and had us eliminate the unresolved fears it formed the international sign language sign for I love you.
As Allison Turner spoke about making the spirit connection and sharing her journey people began to realize that some times going with your gut and following intuition can bring your vision to life. Chuck Kuehnle spoke of his courageous decision to make a move and move forward in a positive direction. Laurina Anderson spoke about oneness and how we areall connected and as I embraced this idea I felt love and expansion come over my body. As Becca Tebon shared her story I began to understand that it takes strength and courage to birth your vision.

Crystal Ealey shares her inspiring story of how she made a choice to be healthly and as a result has lost over 300 lbs and now coaches people who are having health issues.
Leslie Bruce and Karen Rapport started www.feelthehugs.com to show people they are loved and cared for even when someone isn’t there to physically receive their hug. There experience with a friend dying of cancer birthed this vision and today is impacting the lives of people around the world.
Every author Susan Miller, Dr. Christine Chico, Carla Van Walsum, Michelle Straka, and Kathy Dedek, will help you to step outside your box, overcome your challenges, and birth your vision.
This event was amazing and it empowered so many to birth their vision. I recommend both Allow Yor Spirit To Soar and Allow Your Vision to Soar as they will be great resources for you to birth your vision. From the opening with a guided meditation from Ilene Gotlieb to all of the speakers highlighted by an empowering message from Frank Mckinneywho taught hoiw to make your professional calling mesh with your spiritual calling. The Visionary Teachers Linda Van Haver, Brenda Elizabeth,and Shirah Penn. This event showed that when people who have visions support one another and share great things happen.
As you begin to birth your vision remember you have many resources available to you. Remember you have a great vision inside of you, unleash your greatness.
