Now that I have your attention, let me explain what is meant by this it is not where your mind took you what I am speaking about here is taking care of yourself. From looking good, to feeling good physically and emotionally, the finding joy in what you do I am speaking about finding what pleasures you and what brings about your best.

Finding Pleasure In All That You Do
I am asked many times, JDOGG How is it you find pleasure in almost everything you do? The answer is simple I put a smile on my face and give thanks for the opportunity to get to do things. I have found that since I shifted from I have to to I get to that I derive more pleasure out of things. I take a deep breath and find the good in the procees even when paying bills as I breathe and say thank you GOD for providing mw withe the source to attract money and pay these bills. I also explain that I come from a heart cenetered place where I do things from my heart and thus I feel good about the tasks that I have undertaken. In many ways it is in the idea that when I please myslef I please others. In some cases it is as simple as sharing a smile and making someone’s day.
Today we are granted an opportunity to choose where our pleasure will come from. In many cases the pleasure comes from within by simply being grateful for the oportunity to look beyond what we see in the forground and realizing the background that encompasses the wide vast universe that delivers pleasure to us.
Imagine this scene and how many react oh no it snowed and everything is wet. Now lets change that and say How beautiful it is to have a quiet peaceful place to sit after I clear the bench. This is a way to derive pleasure from what many may find unpleasant. When we look at things in a differnt perspective we can find joy and pleasure in all we do.
In finding pleasure in all you do you will enjoy the fruit of spirit.
