Spiritual Awakening: Sunrise Sunset and Other Musical Lessons!
In Fidler on The Roof the song Sunrise Sunset teaches us about the circle of life and allows us to dig deep inside our self to discover our own personal and spiritual growth as we continue to explore our spiritual awakening. There are many songs that are helpful in allowing us to change our vibrational frequencies. It only takes 45 seconds to change your vibrational frequencies. I encourage you to find music that can help you become centered and grounded. Music is a great way to get intouch with your feelings and to express yourself so that you can be an action taker and move in the positive direction of your dreams. In this blog I have included some of the songs that I have found to be helpful in furthering my spiritual awakening. At times I will play them before leaving the house so as to get me in a good frame of mind and ready to achieve the goals I set for the day. When we are in alignment with who we are and with our mission we tend to feel better and thus find success. Music often helps in the spiritual discovery process to help you awaken to your spiritual calling. I have adopted many anthems over the years and when I am seeking some extra inspiration I will play these anthems so as to continue to shine a light of positivity on others. I do have some challenging times like everyone else, however I find turning to music many times helps to overcome those challenges.
The song Memory from The Musical Cats teaches us to look back and find the memories that make us happy and allows us to rekindle the sparks that we have inside of us as we move forward and celebrate the new days and the new beginnings and the new adventures that we will experience along our spiritual journey to discover who we are are and what our purpose is.
In the movie Over The Top the message is to take the necessary steps to follow your heart and do what you feel is right. In life we mus realize that our spirituality will allow us to take it higher. People may see you as a renegade or different as you are exploring your divinity and finding that you are a divine child of God who is answering your calling to make a positive impact on your life and the lives of others by being of service and value. It is when you allow the fire in your heart to be your weapon of choice that you will meet with success.
After the death of his friend Apollo Creed, Rocky Balboa answers the questions in his burning heart and vows to make things right. It may ony be a movie but it teaches that we must reach down deep inside ourselves and find what drives us and then victory will be ours. In the end all is revealed and we find that we are more alike than we are different and in most cases we all want to achieve oneness consciousness.
The Newsboys teach us that GOD’s Love never fails and that when we seek and communicate with GOD that GOD comes through for us. Many times our biggest challenge is in letting go and letting GOD.
Mandisa teaches us that we were born for this. We were born for greatness and we must acknowledge that we will stand apart from the crowd as we continue to find oursleves by making a mind, body, soul connection. This reminds of the bible verse Ecclesiastes 3
Music has been the way to express oneself and in mnay cases find oneself. I chose to close with the following so as to give you a gift that will continue to help you reach a level of enlightenment as you continue along your spiritual path to awakening. As you continue your search for meaning and purpose in your life remember to stop for a moment and listen to the music for the answers you are seeking may just be found in the lyrics and the hidden lessons that are appearing to you. It is through our music and our choices in music that we often find the greatest lessons. It is when we embrace the message that we find ourself and thus we enhance our life and the lives of those around us. It the coming days be alert to what you are listening to and how it is making you feel.
