Spiritual Awakening: Turning The Page!!!!
As I turned the calendar to represent the beginning of a new month I looked back to the time when I had my first spiritual awakening and I begin to understand that each day we have a chance to turn the page. We have the opportunity to become an action taker and release all that no longer serves us as we awaken spiritually. In the spiritual awakening process turning the page is essential as it allows for personal and professional growth. A coach of mine Shantel Smith has taught me through my own spiritual awakening to go to places where I am appreciated not tolerated. In turning the page I have severed a few ties that do not serve me in my quest to expand personally, professionally, or spiritually. In desiring to make a mi, body, soul connection I have learned that each day is a chance to have a spiritual awakening and to turn the page. In turning the page and being honest with yourself you begin to awaken spiritually and thus step into your power. In turning the page and making a conscious decision to live for the day you begin to find the inner joy and inner peace that you have been seeking. In turning the page and putting the past behind you you find a freedom to move forward. As you move forward and let the past go you begin to come alive and understand that it is your life to live and that you are guided by GOD thus you begin to experience goodness.
It is time to stop re-reading the past chapters of your life and begin a new. It is great to have had many accomplishments and t draw on the knowledge of those accomplishments however in further the spiritual awakening process it is time to shift from I did to I will do. A great tool was give to me by Dr. Bruce Hoffman who had me write a phrase IN THE PAST AND UP UNTIL NOW I_______________________, which helped me to realize my past issues and what I was going to do to alleviate them. In turning the page I have realized that if you are the smartest person in the room you are in the wrong room. I have also realized that those who are not evolving and growing are not the people you want to be around. If you are staying in a group or a relationship because you are afraid of being alone you are only hindering your personal, professional, and spiritual growth. In many cases it is when you decide to turn the page and conquer your fear that you find where you are supposed to be and the people meant to be in your life. In is when we remove the emotional baggage and turn the page that we become more and more spiritually awake and aware.

Spiritual Awakening: Finding The Strength To Turn The Page!!!!
It was Saturday during a football game when a parent requested this as a shout out. I was very moved by it and it reminded me that if you want to turn the page you sometimes need a gentle reminder that you are not alone and that you have the strength to move forward. In many cases it is a matter of finding the courage to reach deep inside and find the inner strength to let GOD help you to turn the page.
Everything we need is given to us through GOD and thus we are able to turn the page knowing that we do not walk alone and that GOD is with us. Though we may fear the unknown by trusting GOD!!! Stay Positive!!!
