Spiritual Awakening: Cashing In Or Cashing Out!!!

As part of the spiritual awakening process I have come to realize that it is important to taken some action and at the same time take some risks. In a casino you have two choices to cash in or cash out. Cashing in is when you exchange your money for chips or pulls  on a slot machine. Cashing out is when you turn in your chips or money won in exchange for money.  Each day in our life we have a choice to cash in or cash out by using our spiritual bank account. We can put our spiritual cash in and allow it to build or we can withdraw from our spiritual account and use it to enhance our personal and professional lives while also helping others.  It is how we use our spiritual equity that will determine our spiritual growth as we work toward making the mind, body, spirit, connection.

Whether you are cashing in or cashing out it is important to understand that you have 525,600 minutes in the year. These minutes are deposited into your spiritual bank account each year and how you choose to use them is up to you. Each minute is an opportunity to positively impact your life and the lives of others. In a minute you can smile, share, a kind word, send a kind note of encouragement, or simply be.  In a minute life can change as someone is called home to GOD and God delivers a life. In a minute you can do something positive that changes the world for good. Sometimes it is as simple of sitting in a Starbucks writing a blog entry with an article written about your charitable endeavors with a sign that reads please donate GOD Bless and each minute looking up to acknowledge people. In that minute you just may just change someone’s outlook on the day.
When cashing in or cashing out it is important to make other people feel special. By insuring that they had a pleasant experience you will see a positive shift that not only impacts their personal and professional life but yours as well. Yesterday (5/13/2014) I was out collecting for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of West Boca Raton when I ran across 2 gentleman that were being unpleasant so instead of getting angry I took a step back and prayed for them both. This may have upset them but it made me feel better and one of the ladies who witnessed this said that was great and we had a good conversation  and she thanked me for shining my light. In doing this I was able to cash in on my spiritual bank account and earn some karma points. I have since cashed out and shared good positive thoughts with those I have encountered. As a result I have reached my fundraising goal and money still is coming in because I was able to look for ways to make others feel loved and important.

Spiritual Awakening: Cashing In Or Cashing Out- How Do You View Money?

Do you view money the way the character in Mama Mia does or do you look at it as energy to help enhance your personal and professional life that gives you the opportunity to make a positive impact on your community and your world.  Just like having the choice to cash in or cash out you can come from a position of scarcity or a position of abundance.  While I served in The Philippines as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer.  I learned a concept Bahala Na which means whatever happens or let things come as they may. It can also mean never mind or it doesn’t matter. This concept enabled me to understand that I was not in control of money or anything else for that matter and what ever is going to happen is up to a higher power.  As I began to listen to the higher power and the messages I was able to cash in and cash out very easily and I never went without. One day I decided to cash in and travel to The Botanical Gardens in San Fernando, La Union, Philippines and after walking about 10 kilometers the last 4 up hill I stopped for Tubig (water) as I sat down I realized just how fortunate I was to have this opportunity to be in nature and to make a spiritual connection with GOD and to further explore my oneness consciousness. As I cashed out on my way to my host family I reflected on the importance of taking time to understand that there is much abundance available to all if we change our perspective.

In putting some pesos in the wishing well and releasing a limiting belief I was able to bring more pesos to me and thus help the children that I worked with at The Regional Rehabilitation Center For Youth.  I began to make it a point to give a few pesos away each day  and each day my life was enriched. I learned that it is in the giving that you open channels to receive.

When cashing in or out seek opportunities to unify your community and you will build spiritual equity. In building  spiritual equity you will step into your power and stay positive.
