Spiritual Awakening: Cashing In Or Cashing Out!!!

 As part of the spiritual awakening process I have come to realize that it is important to taken some action and at the same time take some risks. In a casino you have two choices to cash in or cash out. Cashing in is when you exchange your money for chips or pulls  on a slot machine. Cashing out is when you turn in your chips or money won in exchange for money.  Each day in our life we have a choice to cash in or cash out by using our spiritual bank account. We can put our spiritual cash in and allow it to build or we can withdraw from our spiritual account and use it to enhance our personal and professional lives while also helping others.  It is how we use our spiritual equity that will determine our spiritual growth as we work toward making the mind, body, spirit, connection.

 Whether you are cashing in or cashing out it is important to understand that you have 525,600 minutes in the year. These minutes are deposited into your spiritual bank account each year and how you choose to use them is up to you. Each minute is an opportunity to positively impact your life and the lives of others. In a minute you can smile, share, a kind word, send a kind note of encouragement, or simply be.  In a minute life can change as someone is called home to GOD and God delivers a life. In a minute you can do something positive that changes the world for good. Sometimes it is as simple of sitting in a Starbucks writing a blog entry with an article written about your charitable endeavors with a sign that reads please donate GOD Bless and each minute looking up to acknowledge people. In that minute you just may just change someone’s outlook on the day.

Spiritual Awakening: Knowing When To Hold Them And When To Fold Them!!!!

 

 Along our path to spiritual enlightenment we awaken spiritually by knowing what to hold onto and what to let go. In the spiritual awakening process you will want to become an action taker and decide what actions to take that will serve you and when not to do anything. In the spiritual awakening process it is important to know when to walk away from people, places, and things that are toxic to your health and well being. The hardest part is to detach from the situations that no longer serve you. So many times we hold onto to something thinking oh it will change or this time it will be different. The only way it will change is when you decide to change yourself. Sometimes walking away from the table is the best thing to do as it saves you grief and heartache and allows you to grow personally and professionally.  When you begin to come alive and understand that certain things and certain people are worth holding onto and others need to be let go that you grow mentally and spiritually. In letting things go you open up new channels that enable you to receive.

 

 In making the commitment to allow the spiritual awakening process to take place one must commit to letting go. One way to let go is to purge yourself of those materialistic things that no longer serve you. Many of the materialistic things carry emotional charges and will be hard to let go of for example that expensive watch you bought to show off as you thought it would get you respect. I say sell the watch and do something nice for yourself then look for ways to donate to community projects. It is not about the watch at all it is about being awake and using you power and prosperity in ways to enhance the lives of others. As a result your life will be enriched.

Spiritual Awakening: Practicing Peace And Patience!!!

I am sitting in The Lou Bachrodt Cheverolet waiting area as a recall notice on my car gets taken care of when I realized that most of the customers need a copy of this book and can experience a spiritual awakening. I have been waiting since 11:30 AM and it is now 3:05 PM, instead of getting angry I am practicing peace and patience. I made a decision to work on a few things like setting up a fundraiser for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of West Boca Raton with Chuck E. Cheese as it can be done on-line and I have access to Wi-Fi. The TV is on CNN so I put on my ear buds and cancelled out the negativity. In taking a deep breathe and being patient I have been able to take action on a few things. I found a place to plug in and use my lap top and thus I have been able to set my area as sacred space and utilize my spiritual teachings to progress through the day.  In practicing peace and patience I have found that things tend to flow in a more positive direction for me.  In making peace and patience an anthem we are able to further our awakening and answer our calling while coming alive and being of service and value to others. In making a commitment to change and allowing things to flow and further understand  that the way things are and the way things should be allow us to peacefully move in the positive direction of our dreams.

When you practice peace and patience you shine your light bright and change the vibration of  the environment that you are in simply by being understanding. The other day I was out collecting donations for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of West Boca Raton when a man became angry with me and started to berate me as I walked in to his tattoo shop I simply said sir I did not come to argue with you I am simply doing something to help those affected by cancer thank you and have a nice day. I left and went about seeing other businesses. At the end of 1 hour I collected $21. I drove home all the while thinking how not getting angry changed my vibration and the way I was received because I was practicing peace and patience.  I then understood the spiritual lesson being given to me of detach from the situation as the person saying no or being mean has nothing to do with me, however the way I choose to react has everything to do with me. As we practice peace and patience more and more we begin to realize that the universe is conspiring to help us have success in all we do.

Spiritual Awakening: Doing The Spiritual Laundry!!!

 

As I was doing my human laundry today I began to think how it is a metaphor for a spiritual awakening and spiritual cleansing.  You put the laundry in and add soap and the water fills up an then the clothes are shaken vigorously and spun then placed in a dryer and then put away.  This is much like cleansing yourself spiritually instead of soap you just purify yourself with water washing yourself clean and preparing yourself to be filled with spirit. You then dress in comfortable attire and sit quietly in a sacred space that you have created and you pray or meditate or do a combination of both. As you finish the prayers and meditation you may feel as though you have been washed in spirit and filled with a new perspective thus allowing yourself to become an action taker.  Through this cleansing you open channels that were blocked and you begin to release that which no longer serves you. As in doing human laundry and throwing out that which no longer serves you it is with spiritual laundry you begin to cleanse and release that which no longer serves you. Through this release you will become more cognizant and aware of your purpose. As you find your purpose you will begin to do that which spirit call you to do so as to enhance your personal and professional life while being of service and value to others.

 In doing your spiritual laundry and coming alive by being in touch with your divinity and understanding that you are a divine child of GOD with a diving calling you will see doors open that might have been closed in the past. In being awake and aware you will realize just like  doing human laundry to cleanse your clothes  doing spiritual laundry is necessary to cleanse your soul. In cleansing your soul and ridding yourself of blockages you will be able to explore your higher self and get in touch with your authentic self.  In the spiritual laundry process you will begin to detach from that which no longer serves you be it people who no longer resonate with your vision or who support your personal or professional growth to things that no longer have a meaning or purpose in your life.

 The first step is to commit to purging that which no longer serves you. These things can be clothes you no longer wear, sporting equipment you no longer use,  or the material things that you don’t use anymore. In purging you and letting go you begin to open new channels to receive.

Spiritual Awakening: Keep Pressing On!!!!

Miami Fury In life you are very lucky if you get an opportunity to do something you love and also get paid for it. I have been fortunate during my spiritual awakening to connect with The Miami Fury Women’s Tackle Football Team and their owner Gayla Harrington. Gayla exemplifies the idea of pressing on and never giving up. She has overcome much adversity in the years that she has owned The Miami Fury. Her dedication radiates a spiritual energy to all those she comes in contact with as she is always positive despite any challenges that may be going on in her personal and professional life. As I announced The Miami Fury Game today and witnessed them win the game 42-8 one theme kept reoccurring and that was keep pressing on.

Miami Fury Football The game began and their opponent, The Jacksonville Dixie Blues, looked like they would drive down the field and score then they suffered an intentional grounding penalty, then they snapped the ball over the punter and The Fury recovered at The Dixie Blues 11 yard line and the QB Jessica Childers scored on an 11 yard run to give The Fury a 6-0 lead. The 2 point conversion would fail. The Fury continued to press on and took a 22-0 lead. The Dixie Blues would return the kickoff for a TD and convert on a 2 point try making the score 22-8. The Fury would press on and play hard to eventually win 42-8.  As I walked down from the press box I saw the players and coaches from both teams gathered at mid field in a prayer circle. As the game unfolded I would do shout outs for the cure and would learn  about the passing of Michael Childers, Jessica Childers’ Uncle. I would summon up some strength to have everyone do a moment of remembrance. The game elicited many angles that are part of the spiritual awakening process. It had many moments of joy tinged with some sadness illustrating the balance in our lives. In life we will have joy and bliss but we will also experience sadness and despair.  We will experience ups and downs. We will win and we will lose. The key is to understand that all that happens happens for us and contains a lesson to propel us along our spiritual journey so that we can have spiritual enlightenment.

Spiritual Awakening: Shake It Up!!!!!

 As I sat in The Starbuck’s at The Walk today ( 4/4/2014) I started to think how important it is to shake things up during the spiritual awakening process. Sometimes we have to just go with the flow and follow the message that GOD is giving us and understand that sometimes a set back is actually a step forward. In some cases it is GOD’s way of telling you that you deserve to be attracting a better class of clientele to use your services. In some cases it is GOD telling you not to worry about the financial gain or hardship but to understand that all things you need will be provided for you. As I went through a trying situation from 3/23/14 – 4/1/14 with a client over non-payment I struggled with what to do and then I followed the message from spirit and I feel very relieved. Another client who has dealings with the client who did not pay me tried to intervene and it was not their place to do so. I then prayed and GOD reassured me that he had bigger plans for me and wanted me to begin to work with people who were fully capitalized and who understood the responsibility that when you hire someone you pay them in a timely manner. GOD also told me that I needed to shake it up a bit and step into my power more and understand that my calling is to help others but to be compensated for my services.

Spiritual Awakening: Maneuvering Twisted Roads!!!!

 In our personal life and our professional life we will have the level of our faith and divinity tested and our spirituality may be shaken. It is at those times when you must decide to be an action taker and maneuver the twisted roads. There was a time in my life when I did many deals on a promise and a hand shake and many times these deals worked out because both parties involved understood that our integrity and reputation were on the line and that in the end GOD knew what we did or did not do. Unfortunately in today’s marketplace not everyone  holds the belief that their word is their bond and when it is all said and done people will forget what you said or did but they will never forget how you made them feel thus I now get everything in writing and spell everything out. I let the people I am working with know up front that if they violate terms of the agreement there will be extreme consequences. I truly do not like  to do this as in really conflicts with my spiritual belief that people should honor one another and honor GOD, however I have come to learn that not everyone will be as credible as I am and  without an agreement you will get burned.

Spiritual Awakening: Become A Shredder!!!

tire blow out 2 1 As I stood on the side of the road on 3/23/14 after shredding my tire on my ride home after announcing a basketball game I thought as a spiritual evolved person who has experienced a spiritual awakening this must be a sign to slow down take a breath and let go. I call the State Farm Road ranger Line and the road ranger came and put the spare on. I thanked him and gave him a $5 tip. As I got into my car I prayed to GOD to deliver me home safely. I arrived home safely and the idea of shredding filled my head. I thought the tire shredding like it did was not just a sign to slow down but also a sign to shred the things that are no longer serving me.  As I pulled into The GOODYEAR today and took action to get the tire fixed I also noticed the car was due for an oil change so I decided to do the oil change. As I left and walked to Dunkin Donuts I realized that my experiences with my car are filled with many spiritual awakening lessons such as the one today in which I encourage you to become a shredder.

optimism-quotes-stay-positive-quotes-Optimism-is-a-happiness-magnet ... In shredding all the negative thoughts last night about my tire  shredding I was able to adopt my anthem of Stay Positive and thus move forward and continue to shred any negativity that may be permeating into my personal and personal life. As I began to write down any negative thoughts and then burn them so that they were released to be let go I realized that many times during our spiritual awakening process we need to shred thoughts that are creating blockages and we must be committed to becoming a shredder. In my experience with the car today I could have said wow $161 is expensive and I really don’t have that money or I could shift that thought to I am grateful to have the money to fix the car and the car will be an asset to help me to move forward in the positive direction of my goals. In shifting and shredding the negative thoughts brought on by the lack mindset I was able to see what one of my blockages has been over the years and now being awake and aware I am able to shred the past belief and go from a limiting thought pattern to an un-limiting belief system.  In shredding our past thoughts and changing the perspective we can detach from any situation and improve upon them. We have the ability to take the lemons in our life and make lemonade simply by changing our thought process and allowing things to flow. Understanding their will be trials and tribulations as we become a shredder will help us to grow spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.

Spiritual Awakening: Finding The Lessons Daily!!!

romans 8 31 Each day during our spiritual awakening process we will face challenges and we will find lessons all around us. We will begin to understand the importance of embracing our divinity and becoming an action taker to enhance our divine purpose. Each day we will run into those that doubt or try to bring us down as the enemy is out there trying to take us down, however if we remind ourselves that GOD wants us to prosper and that GOD id for us then no weapon forged against us shall prosper we begin to grow personally and professionally.

So many times we focus on the negative and we do not see the lesson. I thank GOD for the negative encounters because they teach me that not everyone is going to be as passionate about life and being of service and value as I am and that it is not my job to enlighten them but it is my job to shine my light and walk in my truth and when they are ready to receive they will. I have learned through the spiritual awakening process that some may never be open to receive for they have not worked through their emotional baggage  to clear blockages and move forward. Not everyone is ready to go deep inside themselves to discover their inner divinity and beauty because it takes a lot of courage to get naked with yourself and to discover how special you are. It takes an inner strength to stand up and shine your light and to walk in your truth and some are so worried about what others will think that they never step into their power and never discover their greatness.  I have found that having an anthem to remind me of the daily lessons is a very important tool to stay grounded and centered and focused on my purpose.

Spiritual Awakening: Let It Go And Let It Flow!!!

 As I sat in the customer service lounge at Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet in Coconut Creek, FL waiting for the recall repairs to be completed on my car I sought an outlet so I could plug in my lap top and get a few things done. I noticed a desk and I took a look around and guess what I found an outlet to plug into. I let go and just let it flow and the universe delivered what I sought so that I could be productive and continue to spread the message of staying positive through this blog and across my social media platforms.   When one becomes an action taker and releases everything to GOD the results one receives is amazing.

In adopting music such as these by Mandisa and Jamie Grace as anthems are great ways to get centered and grounded and thus allows us to let go and let it flow. Some would be upset about being at the car dealer all day. Instead of being upset by the fact I embraced it and found it a way to get a few thing things and by just letting go and allowing it to flow I have been able to remain at peace. As a result of using music I have been able to detach and as a result I have become more connected to source and more aware of my purpose. As a result of allowing GOD to guide me I have felt less stress and been able to accomplish several goals and objectives that I set for myself. Music is an excellent tool to help you let go and let it flow.
